Choo Choo Barn

The Choo Choo Barn is a true work of art, built by one family over the last 60 years. Our ever-changing display is located along Route 741, just east of Strasburg. Measuring over 1,700 square feet, the Choo Choo Barn display is home to scenes right out of Lancaster County and America. Hours of Operation Open 7 days a week from 10 am to 5 pm. Last admittance to display is at 4:30 pm.

Pumpkin Patch
The Pumpkin Patch opens Saturday, September 26 and runs through October 18, as long as produce lasts.

The patch will be open on Saturday and Sunday, Noon until 4:00 PM. Come to Land of Little Horses Farm Park and follow the signs to the Pumpkin Patch. Pumpkins, Mini Pumpkins, Indian Corn, Corn Shocks, and much more will be available. Bring the whole family! Start a tradition!

On Fridays and Saturdays in October- experience our world famous The Amazing Maize Maze™ in total darkness! All you need are flashlights and a few friends. 46th Annual National Apple Harvest Festival

Festival Event

Harvest time is celebrated in this old time festival held at the South Mountain Fairgrounds, 10 miles northwest of Gettysburg. Don't miss the live entertainment, over 300 arts & crafts vendors, farm displays, antique farm equipment, antique and classic cars, steam engines, antique cider press, orchard tours, pony rides, a petting zoo and so much more! Be sure to sample all the great food. This event takes place rain or shine, be sure to wear your comfy shoes for a day of fun. The Apple Harvest Festival is held the first and second weekend of October. Held 8 am to 6 pm each day. Parking included in cost of admission.
