On behalf of the Board of Managers of the Pennsylvania Society for the Advancement of the Deaf and the members and visitors who attend the annual state-wide PSAD Conference at your fine hotel on October 6-9, 2011, we would like to THANK YOU for your wonderful hospitality and service.

All sleeping rooms were comfortable and spotless. The meeting and workshop rooms were perfect. The set-up and food at the two breakfast buffets, Welcome Reception, Reorganization Luncheon, and Banquet were excellent. All employees of the hotel were accommodating! We were impressed with their willingness to assist us in every way. I do not know their name but please convey our appreciation to all of them.

Sharon Antal and the PSAD Conference Committee informed me of your wonderful cooperation and assistance during the more than a year they worked with you to prepare of the big event.
