"As always, our stay was outstanding. I have to tell you, that for a big resort type hotel, you guys are so welcoming, and friendly. My wife and I have been coming to the Best Western Eden Resort for about 10 years. We have enjoyed it every time. We generally try to get the Perfect Getaway Package and it never ceases to amaze me just how affordable it is. We usually use the breakfast buffet ticket as $8.00 towards the Breakfast Brunch. I have never in my life had a better brunch buffet. As a matter of fact, the word buffet doesn't do it justice. Whenever I know someone going to Lancaster I tell them about the Best Western and I tell them about the Sunday Brunch. Just phenomenal.

The other thing that I picked up on is on your website. It says check in time is 3PM but you will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Once again, to me this is just so welcoming. For a big place, you haven't forgotten customer service. That to me is huge.

When I made the reservation, I did it on line and within minutes we had a call at home telling us that since we were staying a Saturday night we should call and make dinner reservations. When I called and made dinner reservations I left a message and in less than 5 minutes someone called back to confirm. Once again, great customer service." -Jim
